Once the order has been processed, a tracking number will be provided for shipment monitoring.

If visible damage to the package is detected:
It must be reported immediately to the courier personnel.
Bella Piel must be notified within the first 24 hours, including photographic evidence.
Bella Piel will provide assistance during the clarification process with the shipping company.
