Returns are accepted only when:
The product is in excellent condition.
It has not been opened, used, or handled.
It retains its complete original packaging.
The request is made within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns do not apply in the following cases:
Opened products.
Used products.
Products altered or damaged by the customer.
Products without original packaging.
Requests made outside the established timeframe.
Once the returned product is received, a physical inspection will be conducted. If it meets the established conditions, the corresponding refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
